Sarah Clark serves as an Executive Search Consultant for EFL Associates with over 20 years of management, sales and client services experience. She has a proven track record of developing and executing strategies that drive revenue, profit, and market share in hyper-competitive environments. Clark’s background provides her with a deep understanding of an organization’s talent needs and challenges, as well as an eye for recruiting top executive talent and leading teams to exceed objectives.
Prior to joining EFL Associates, Clark co-founded and lead a custom apparel business helping schools, corporations, country clubs, and non-profit organizations to fundraise through the sales of screen-printed, embroidered, and vinyl applique spirit wear and apparel. Her skills in leadership development, relationship building and expert consulting contribute to her ability to identify highly-skilled individuals who not only possess the required background and experience, but who also “fit” with the culture.
Early in her career, Clark honed her talent acquisition and business development skills working in pharmaceutical and medical sales for B. Braun Medical Inc. where she trained and coached new sales representatives and developed key individuals to roles of greater scope and responsibility.
Clark’s passion for helping others and commitment to delivering superior results expands beyond her professional career. As an active member of her community, Clark has years of volunteer experience serving in multiple board and chair positions where she led fundraising events, auctions and activities generating $50K to $80K for area schools. Currently, she is a member of The Angel Board of The Children’s Place, a nonprofit organization providing early intervention and trauma-responsive care for children and families, who have experienced abuse and neglect.
