Director of Human Resources

We are seeking a Director of HR for our client, a large, diverse department of the State of Colorado with over 5,000 employees.  Reporting to the Deputy Executive Director of Administration, the Director of HR, together with the 70+ HR team, will ensure timely and appropriate measures for organizational success regarding legal/regulatory compliance, HR strategic management, and training and professional development.

The successful candidate will have Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Management, or a related field and possess a minimum of ten years of progressive leadership experience in HR with a minimum of three years at the executive level developing and executing strategic work plans, budget development and control, and effective relationship management. Prior success working within a unionized environment and/or government experience is strongly preferred.

Vice President - Finance

Our client is a is a non-profit biomedical research entity dedicated to improving human health. The VP will assume a strategic role in the overall management of the organization by leading the budgetary process, financial reporting and performance analysis. The VP will report to the Chief Financial Officer and be an integral part of an 18-person finance and accounting team. 

Qualified candidates will possess: 10+ years’ of finance, budgeting, capital, and decision support experience within a complex organization (e.g., multiple legal entities and structures); a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; and an MBA or CPA.
