Chief Administrative Officer

Our client, Colorado Springs-based Diversus Health, is seeking candidates for a newly-created role of Chief Administrative Officer. Diversus Health (formerly AspenPointe) is a community mental health center that has provided behavioral health services for over 145 years to 3-counties in the beautiful and scenic Pikes Peak region.

The CAO will:

  • Report to the President and CEO
  • Interface with the Board of Directors
  • Lead the development of both strategic and operational planning
  • Oversee all operations, IT, performance improvement, business development, facilities and safety.
  • This role will oversee a staff complement of 85 through 5 direct reports

Chief Behavioral Health Officer

Chief Marketing Officer

Our client is the largest private funder of polycystic kidney disease (PKD) research and the only organization in the U.S. solely dedicated to finding treatments and a cure for PKD. The CMO will serve as the lead for marketing and branding strategies, oversee audience engagement, content distribution, and user experience. The CMO will report to the CEO and manage a team of four.

Deputy Director

We are pleased to assist our client, the Ludeman Family Center for Women’s Health Research (the “Center”) in finding their next Deputy Director. The Center is housed within the University of Colorado School of Medicine and based at the CU Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colorado. The Center has the 3-part mission of research, career development for early career scientists in the areas of women’s health and sex differences, and education for the public and their health care providers about findings in women’s health and sex differences research.

The Deputy Director reports to the Director and serves as the chief operating officer and chief of staff for the Center. The successful candidate should have a passion for women’s health issues and the work of the Center. The Deputy Director will partner with the Director to strategically manage the growth and development of the Center’s operations and programs which have been created to promote and advance its goals.
