Chief Advancement Officer

Our client is the only nonprofit in the U.S. solely dedicated to finding treatments and a cure for Polycystic Kidney Disease.

The Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) is responsible for devising, implementing, and executing strategies which result in major gifts. Reporting to the CEO and working closely the Board of Directors, peers and staff, the CAO will lead all individual major donor activity and be personally comfortable closing gifts in the six to seven figure range.

Qualified candidates will possess: A demonstrated track record of personally raising significant gifts on behalf of a sizable institution (i.e., successful six/seven-figure asks); leading a team of development professionals; major gift expertise including planned giving, capital campaigns and public and private foundations; a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation will be viewed favorably.  An undergraduate degree is required, with an advanced degree strongly preferred.

Chief Executive Officer

Our nonprofit client’s mission is providing support to those with disabilities and working toward a fundamental shift in how they are perceived by the community. They understand real change happens when men and women with developmental disabilities have the opportunity to showcase their abilities. 

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will lead a team of senior level direct reports and a large staff. The CEO’s responsibilities include P&L management, human resources, program management, fundraising and community and board relations. 

We seek: A proven track record of innovative executive leadership including strategy, finance, staff and volunteer recruitment and retention, program development and integration, and fundraising; a skilled communicator to offer consistent and thoughtful messaging to residents, families, and regulatory agencies; a Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent. An advanced graduate degree is preferred.

Executive Director

Our client is seeking an Executive Director. Our client coordinates and invests resources that revitalize neighborhoods into healthy and sustainable communities and is a member of one of the nation’s largest Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI).  

Qualified candidates will reside in, or have strong ties to Milwaukee or the surrounding Community, possess a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in a leadership role in community development or related field; the ability to attract and sustain philanthropic funding; and outstanding leadership and communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with the staff, external partners and others to further the mission.

Vice President, Human Resources

Our client, based in Colorado Springs, is seeking a highly collaborative, creative and strategic leader to serve as Vice President, Human Resources.The organization is a nonprofit community mental health center that provides a full continuum of exceptional behavioral health care to the Pikes Peak region, one patient at a time. With several new senior leaders in place, this organization is embarking on a period of transformative change.

Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer (CXO), the VP, Human Resources will provide guidance to the CEO, CXO, and other senior leadership team members concerning all human capital matters. The successful candidate will be an integral player in helping to manage change in this dynamic time.
