EFL Associates has been engaged to assist our client, a growing real estate development firm, in their search for a Human Resources Manager (“HRM”). Reporting to the COO, the HRM is responsible for managing the daily operations of the HR function including employee relations, on-boarding, training, performance management, benefits, compensation, and employment law compliance. This is a great opportunity with genuine growth potential.
Qualified candidates will possess 3-5 years’ experience in HR – with management of a multi-state workforce preferred. The ideal candidate would have a familiarity with the complexity in the management of both hourly and salaried workers, with a general knowledge of incentive compensation programs. Prior experience within a Property Management organization would be a plus.
