Chief Administrative Officer
We seek a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) on behalf of our client, a private investment firm providing equity capital and expertise in support of dynamic lower middle market companies. This is a newly created position.  Reporting to the managing partner, the CAO will be responsible for developing, executing, and leading the vision, direction and day-to-day operations across all finance/accounting, administrative operations and technology functions
Qualified candidates will possess: 10+ years of business experience including professional services, or investment or commercial banking, etc.; vendor management expertise including accounting firms, insurance providers, banks, etc.; a CPA designation due to the intricacies of tax knowledge and reporting required; human resources and IT leadership background including compliance and payroll administration; and a Bachelor’s degree.

Chief Benefits Officer (CBO)
Our client is seeking a Chief Benefits Officer (CBO) to provide vision, strategic direction, policy, program and process development, and management of the Benefits Services, Insurance and Customer Services divisions, for one of the country’s outstanding public retirement systems.  Our client provides retirement and other benefits to the employees of more than 500 government agencies and public entities in the state of Colorado.   
The CBO reports directly to the Executive Director and is a key member of the Executive Team.  The CBO will oversee an operating budget of approximately $12M and total staff complement of 111 through 4 direct reports.

Chief Financial Officer

We seek a Chief Financial Officer on behalf of our client. Our client empowers institutional and retail broker-dealers and market makers with the trading technology required to compete effectively across the global foreign exchange, commodities, crypto-currency and futures markets.

Our client seeks a Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) to become the finance and accounting leader for our client. The CFO will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a Controller will report to the CFO.

Qualified candidates will possess: A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in a finance organization including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, risk management and controls, as well as strategic planning.  An appropriate combination of education and experience will be considered.  The successful candidate will have a CA or CPA.  Preferred candidates will have experience with an international business with global operations and experience with transactional, volume-driven revenue models.
