Our client, a private equity-backed manufacturer located in Grand Junction, CO, is seeking a Director of Human Resources. S/he will serve as a strategic business partner to the senior leadership team and is responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support to key stakeholders and employees including talent acquisition, employee retention, training, succession planning, benefits selection and administration, employee relations and detailed EEO reporting and record keeping. The Director of Human Resources will report to the CFO and lead and mentor a staff of three.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline; minimum of 10 years’ of success in progressive HR leadership roles; prior team management and HR/departmental budget management experience. Manufacturing industry experience and PHR or SPHR certifications preferred.
