Benefits & Services Executive Officer
Our client, California State Teachers’ Retirement System (CalSTRS or Fund), a $223.8 billion retirement system, is seeking a Benefits & Services Executive Officer. This role will manage a total staff of 482 through five direct reports.  
Under the general direction of the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Benefits & Services Executive Officer provides high level oversight and overall management of all retirement, disability and survivor benefits, member account services, benefits counseling and customer contact program operations for CalSTRS.   The Benefits and Services Executive Officer acts as policy advisor to the Chief Executive Officer, COO, and the Teachers’ Retirement Board (TRB); is a member of the Executive Staff; and is responsible for the vision, strategic direction, policy, program and process development, and management of CalSTRS Benefits and Services Branch.
This role will also serve as an executive project sponsor for Pension Solution, the replacement of CalSTRS core pension administration system and acts as the policy advisor to the CEO, COO and the Teachers’ Retirement Board (TRB).
The base salary range is $133,392 - $200,148 with potential incentive opportunity of 15% of base pay.

Our client is currently seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide direction and strategic leadership within the organization by guiding financial, technological and operational goals for long-term profitability and growth. Global Financial Credit is a commercial and consumer finance company that provides specialized working capital solutions to healthcare providers and pre-settlement funding to consumers. The company currently provides medical lien funding under the MedChex and Omni Healthcare brands. Chief Financial Officer

Our client seeks a Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) to become the finance and accounting leader for oneZero. The CFO will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a Controller will report to the CFO.

Deputy Chief Investment Officer for Private Markets

Our client, Kansas Public Employees Retirement System (KPERS), located in Topeka, seeks a Deputy Chief Investment Officer for Private Markets.The DCIO reports to the CIO, serves as a senior leader in the Investment Division and implements and maintains KPERS real estate, private equity, and “real” portions of the real return investment portfolios.


  • Undergraduate degree in finance/related field required, Master’s degree/MBA/CFA preferred.
  • 5+ years in real estate, private equity, or securities management, a minimum of 2 years including the oversight/review of an extensive institutional real estate and/or private equity investment portfolio.
  • Experience in a public pension plan, and the CAIA designation.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Working knowledge of institutional real estate and private equity, as well as the methods employed in the purchase, sale or transfer, valuation and management of such investments is required. Knowledge of institutional investment program management principles is essential.

Director of IT Compliance
